Rated at an incredible 93% thermal efficiency, Modine's new Effinity series condensing unit heater offers the highest efficiency available in North America for commercial or industrial gas fired unit heaters. Features include six model sizes from 135-310,000 BTUH, a robust secondary tubular heat exchanger, totally enclosed motors and the ability to be vented with PVC pipe.
*1 - Ratings shown are for elevations up to 2,000 ft. For elevations above 2,000 ft, ratings should be reduced at the rate of 4% for each 1,000 ft. above sea level. Reduction of ratings requires use of a high altitude kit.

*3 - All motors used are produced, rated and tested by reputable manufacturers in accordance with NEMA standards and carry the standard warranty of both the motor manufacturer and Modine. All motors are totally enclosed and all single phase motors have built-in thermal overload protection.
Optional vent kit for Modine PTC heaters only and enables one penetration through exterior wall for both fresh air intake and exhaust. Kit includes concentric vent adapter box and vent and combustion air terminals. Does NOT include additional lengths of straight pipe.
Optional step-down field installed transformer kit for Modine PTC model unit heaters only. Will step down 208-575v line voltage to 115v required by PTC heater.
