We realize your life is busy enough without having to set aside time to put your greenhouse kit together. That's why we have teamed up with installation specialists Service Power to offer installation services for all of our hobby greenhouses. Proving again that we continue to be leaders in the hobby greenhouse market, we're making it easier than ever to bring the joys of greenhouse growing to your backyard!

Q: How does the service work?

A: There are 2 distinct services available. SERVICE Assembly & SERVICE Inspection. Upon selecting the service that is right for you and once your payment has been processed, your service order will be sent to Service Power. You'll be contacted within 48hrs after receiving your order to schedule an appointment, and complete the service thereafter. Service Power will monitor your order for prompt service and completion from start to finish.

Q: When is it best to purchase the service?

A: It depends on the service that you need. In most cases, the purchase of a Service Inspection is done prior to purchasing your greenhouse. It will help determine what pre assembly work is needed prior to assembly. The best time to purchase the Service Assembly is once you have purchased your greenhouse.

Q: When do I have to pay?

A: A sales associate will provide you an exact amount for your very own pre-assembly site inspection and/or assembly project. Only after all order and service details have been reviewed and agreed upon will the sale associate collect payment. Payment will be collected prior to the site inspection and/or assembly project.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: Payment for service is only made through major credit card.

Q: Who do I pay?

A: Payment will be made to SERVICE Power who is the Third Party Administrator of the service.

Q: Is the service fee refundable?

A: The service fee will be refundable only if service has not been provided. If the servicer has already been out on an inspection or if the assembly has been started, a refund will not be granted.
