If you can use it as it comes without cutting it, OK. But you have to seal the edges with a propane torch or it will unravel badly. If you have to cut it to place it around plants in a garden, forget it. It will be useless because sealing all those edges with a propane torch will be "mission impossible". I wasted $27.99 plus $33.15 for fabric and hold-down pins and ended up tossing the stuf in the trash. If you plan to put decorative rock over it, you had better have a way of placing the rock without puncturing it or the weeds will come up through the holes.

It's a very affordable option. Water soaks right in and ground beneath the cover is kept moist, it does cut down significantly on dirt/mud in the area. I was hoping to find a more "cloth-like" fabric. This looks and feels like plastic and it's shiny in the sun like a garbage bag. If I were doing it again, for my purposes, I would look for s.t. else. I am using it to walk on in an otherwise muddy area, and was going to set patio furniture on it to extend a deck/living area in back--and it doesn't feel quite right for that... I'm on the right track though. These woven ground covers are far superior to the felty rolls in all the major department stores.

Perfect! Strong material just what I wanted. I ordered anchor pins also and they were even better than expected!

I really like this ground cover / weed block. It's easy to use and thick enough to stop weeds from coming into my raised beds. The price is excellent. It's higher quality than what is carried in the big box stores, but cheaper. Well worth the purchase.
