Piece of junk

3 2x4's , 2 pipes and 2 wheelbarrow wheels. No braces, assembly instructions or screws etc! No way to attach pipes to each other nor to the pine 2x4's . What a rip off! Total cost of items from HomeDepot would have been about $15. Cannot believe this is what I received!!!!
