This heavy duty thermoformed tray is heavier than standard 1020 trays and even stronger than our heavy duty tray. Design allows community watering of pots, consistent bottom & side positioned drainage holes (or no holes) and easy, two-finger denesting. Both trays come with no center bar or side ribs. Select flats with or without holes.

very sturdy reusable trays

Love these trays esp for the seelings getting up to 4" pot and gallon size, they dont topple as easily. Sturdy reusable plastic washable trays work well while transporting seedlings in and out to harden off, or ease out from lights to unheated greenhouse. Ive had some flimsy ones bend and topple, breaking mainstem. Ugh. Not these trays. I will have them a long time and store out of uv light so they last longer.

Sally (Santa Rosa, US)

These actually feel like they will hold up for multiple seasons.

Buy Mega Heavy Duty trays!

If you are like me, and want many years of use from 1020 trays, DON'T buy these. Buy the mega heavy duty 1020 trays. These cracked after a year's use.
The mega heavy duty are worth the price. I've gotten many years of use from the mega heavy duty with no cracking.

William Kissel (Seattle, US)

Good quality; way overpriced

Very nice product with great prices

I ordered these trays to expand my Microgreen business. These trays are an excellent product.

Love the sturdier material. With a tray full of plants they don't sag or bend.
Great job.

Hvy duty

Trays are excellent for using as a planting tray Or to hold 12-16 separate pots.
Hold up well to the weight. Tray doesn't bend or twist

Extra heavy 10/20 tray

These are not close to as heavy as the ones I used decades ago, but they still work well. They are engineered well, made in the USA, and capable of safe use with much heavier loads than standard nursery flats. I can carry one around without trauma with four fully, and heavily loaded five inch pots in one.

Tone boy (Chicago, US)
Royal thickness

Holds a full watered tray of deep plugs with added drainage tray for its deluxe.
