I finally installed a Modine heater (that I had purchased nine years ago) in my workshop. Mine is the version that uses outside air for combustion. Read all instructions carefully, I had originally purchased (incorrectly) a 3 kit that was for the alternate version of my Modine. Mine needed both cold and hot venting to the outside...in my case..through the wall...and 4 vent pipe to the wall.The concentric vent kit includes a few essential parts, but it doesn't do the entire job. You will need pipes of various types to get from your Modine to the box on the wall and through the wall.After receiving my kit, I noticed the deficiency and stumbled on another pipe kit here that contained most of what was needed. I ended up some leftover parts (and needed some others), but the furnace is installed and working.Note that the packing by the warehouse staff could use some improvement... At least for the pipe kit that compliments this kit. The round vent cap that came in the pipe kit (not this one) was quite bent during shipping because it was not packed well and is easily damaged.I also needed some elbows to adjust the pipe direction precisely so the pipes from the Modine lined up with this vent kit. They are not a straight shot from one to the other.Overall, this kit was helpful, but don't expect a turn-key kit. You are buying some parts and you still need to craft your own total solution on-site...even if you purchase the complementary pipe kit.
