I love these
I love these handing baskets. They look MUCH nicer than most plastic HB available, AND they have an attached (but removable) saucer. Exactly what I needed for my indoor and outdoor plants. Had s problem with my order (a few baskets if one color were left out, even though both colors showed in stock) & after getting nowhere with multiple emails, I finally called. CS was just okay for me, they tried to argue that the website shows out of stock (although it never did, from the time I ordered until long after I got the remainder of my order) & I even screenshot the page to show! They finslly sent me the remaining/missing pots in a different color, but I'm okay with that, as long as I (eventually!) received the correct quantity.
