Dear Valued Customers:

For 27 years, we here at Greenhouse Megastore have enjoyed providing the highest quality horticultural products to anyone interested in growing.  Our tremendous growth during these years has been rooted in providing the very best service to all of our customers, both large and small, and we have invested millions of dollars in infrastructure, equipment, and most importantly of all people, to ensure these high standards as we have grown. 

Over all these years the past six weeks have been unlike anything we have ever experienced.  A huge influx of orders beyond anything we could have anticipated combined with the social distancing requirements necessary to keep our warehouse staff safe has pushed our usual 1-2 day shipping standard to what can only be described as a moving target.  Despite being well stocked and our warehouse staff working 10-12 hours a day, six days a week, the overwhelming order volume has continued to push our lead times out well beyond what we anticipated even just a week ago.  As a result, our customer service staff is overwhelmed as we answer hundreds of inquiries a week regarding order status.  The reality that we are not currently meeting all of our commitments pains me beyond words as I know you, our customers are depending on us to provide the products you need.

Please know that everyone at Greenhouse Megastore is working hard to decrease lead times and get back to our normal high standards of service while also protecting the safety and well being of our incredible staff.  It’s been a difficult juggling act but we are committed to doing both to the very best of our ability.  Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times – you, our customer has been the foundation of our success and we never take that for granted.
