Fallacisforce (Neoseiulus fallacis) is an all-purpose predatory mite that is used to prevent and control a variety of spider mites. This 0.5mm predator also feeds on: the two-spotted mite (Tetranychus urticae), the carmine red mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus), the European red mite (Panonychus ulmi), the citrus red mite (Panonychus citri), the southern red mite (Oligonychus ilicis), the six-spotted mite (Eotetranychus sexmaculatus), the Pacific mite (Tetranychus pacificus), and other species.
Adult female Neoseiulus fallacis can lay up to 100 eggs amongst spider mite concentrations and webbing. They have a lifespan of 8 days as immatures and a month as adults. Optimum performance conditions for them is between 70 and 100°F with a relative humidity between 40-90%.
