As our largest and most customizable model, the Janssens Gigant offers unmatched space, soaring ceilings up to 13 feet, and complete design flexibility. It can be nearly twice the length of the VI 46 and is the only model that allows you to extend both its wall and peak height by adding a second level of sidewall glazing panels, creating an even more spacious and grand environment. With a towering 12′ peak—higher than any other greenhouse—it provides exceptional vertical space for larger plants, better air circulation, and a more open feel.

Crafted with oversized black aluminum profiles, the Gigant delivers superior strength and rigidity compared to standard greenhouse kits, making it ideal for year-round use, even in demanding climates. Its tightly fitted design includes rubber seals between the frame and glazing, as well as sealant around windows, ensuring superior insulation and weather resistance. Paired with 4mm tempered glass, it achieves the perfect balance of light clarity and durability.

The Gigant’s structure is additionally strengthened by thick aluminum portal frames and gable end supports, which increase its durability in sustained wind and snow events. A built-in rainwater gutter system with downspouts on both sides enhances water management. With doors and windows that can be positioned almost anywhere, it offers exceptional design flexibility to suit your vision.

Customization Available

These units can be further customized with doors, vents, etc.  Additional portal frames are available for areas with high wind or snow loads.  For warmer climates, we offer the option of a UV/heat-blocking 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof, an excellent option for managing heat—at no additional cost at this time. They can also be made taller.
 
Please note that structural certifications are not provided for these custom units. If certifications are required for permitting, they must be obtained through a local engineer prior to placing an order.  Depending on your location, additional heavy-duty supports may be necessary to meet wind or snow load requirements—only a qualified engineer can make that determination.
 
This unit would need to be assembled by contractors due the size and weight of the roof glass and level of the assembly.
 
Anchoring this greenhouse presents additional challenges, as the heavy-duty portal frames are designed to be embedded in the foundation. For this reason, we strongly recommend having professionals handle both site preparation and installation.

This item ships via Motor Freight Carrier - almost anywhere in the Contiguous United States

Motor Freight Requirements

• The shipment must be delivered to a business or residence (a PO Box is invalid)
• The delivery address must be able to accommodate a tractor/trailer as much as 70' in length
• Someone must be present to receive and unload the shipment from the truck
• Shipments and/or locations requiring a lift gate, inside delivery, and/or with limited access may incur additional charges by the carrier
