Anti-Hail Netting

This was only available in the one size, which was 1 foot by 26.9 feet. It is great for rows, cutting into different sizes for different area's and or draping over your plants. It provides a bit of shade as well as protection from the hail and birds. It's really well made and very durable. It looks kinda silver in the photos but it's white. I will definitely be getting more to cover my entire garden area. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to protect their garden, shrubs or anything else from hail, birds, damage and mother nature. It works really well!

Had a hailstorm last week with up to 3" hail. Replacing the roof on my house, barn & RV garage. Glass greenhouse was undamaged because I had an anti-hail netting canopy over it that I put up after the last big hail storm destroyed the greenhouse. The insurance company is happy to replace the netting which sustained some damage.

We live in Colorado and lost our entire garden two years in a row from hail. I designed a retractable system with netting clips and SS cables because we wanted to look at the garden, not a net. Even though we can pull it on and off in a few minutes (like a drape), we found it translucent enough to see the plants through so it mostly stays closed. It also mitigates the harsh sun we have at high elevation with the shade factor. For three years since installing, our particular area has not gotten hail but I have no doubt of the performance when we do, and it provides peace of mind worth the cost.

I had just gotten this hail netting up over most of my garden when a massive hail storm hit. The plants under the netting were perfectly intact. Everything outside was smashed to smithereens. Not a single hole in the netting. We had so much hail, I had to use a shovel to clean up. The netting is lightweight and I was able to build a simple support structure out of treated wood and wire to suspend it from. I wouldn't have a garden anymore if I hadn't put up this cloth!

I also live in Colorado. I moved here from PA and had no idea how much hail we get! The hail cloth has saved my garden beds multiple times and holds up over many seasons. I am ordering more for some expanded beds.

Another Coloradan here. Have this over a 24'x16' plot of chile and squash, held up by 1x4 "rafters" every six feet. Has saved plants from hail many times by now. It also breaks the sun a bit on the hottest of days. Have used my piece since about 2016 and it's holding up great.

I live in the panhandle of Texas where we get 80 to 100 mile an hour winds every spring and hail the size of dime to ping pong. In the summer 100 is not unusual for long periods of time. This netting worked fabulous. Would highly recommend this. I had the best garden last year I have ever had because of this netting. The weather in the panhandle of Texas is very harsh and this held up famously! And believe me, it has been put to the test!
