Heavy yielding variety that produces over a long season and was developed by the National Pickle Packers Association. The fruit is tender and delicious at any age, pick at 2-3in as a gherkin, 4in for fresh eating or to mature size to pickle. The crispy, symmetrical, square-ended shape makes them perfect for pickling and the thin-skin allows pickling spices to be receive and capture easily. Also excellent for salads.
