About Microgreens
Microgreens refers to plants (usually varieties of lettuces and greens) that are harvested at 8-14 days old. This makes for smaller, tenderer, and more flavorful greens, often used in salads, sauces, soups, or as garnishes. When harvested at this ideal stage, plants are at their most flavorful and most nutritious.
