A high yielding dwarf variety that grows rapidly and matures early. Leaves are blue-green with attractive white stems and ruffled edges that are tender and sweet with a mild flavor perfect for salads. Light frost improves the tenderness and flavor. Very hardy but not as resistant to cold as some other varieties.
