Check valve for use with any of Netafim's Sprinkler, Misting or Fogger assemblies. Insures uniform flow rate and closes to prevent dripping.
I know that Netafim is global company with lots of technology, history and testing and so I went back to troubleshoot the problem with the check valves that I bought, which were connected to their fogging assembly system.I found out that every fogging assembly that I purchased, had the check valve and its smaller connector turned upside down in the assembly. This is what stopped the whole system. Once I removed and then installed those 2 items in a 180-degree direction from their original orientation, everything worked perfectly.I assume that the fogging assembly package was assembled incorrectly at the Netafim production facility, and not at the Greenhouse Megastore.Just imagine if parts of your car were assembled in reverse order ... and you had to take the time to figure it out, yourself. What star rating would you give the manufacturer?
These check valves do not work on our overhead irrigation systems, but they work fine for our misting systems.
