All Riga Greenhouse Shade Kits will be fabricated from 50% ALUMINET Shade Cloth with heavy-duty reinforcing tape sewn along all four edges and brass grommets installed every 2' around the perimeter for easy installation using rope or bungee cords.

Aluminet

ALUMINET reduces heat load in the greenhouse. Because of the highly reflective nature of this shade cloth, radiation is reflected away from the net. The plants and floor give off invisible heat radiation at night. ALUMINET reflects this radiation back to the plants maintaining warmer leaf temperatures. It also provides for more diffused light which is beneficial to your plants.

Dimensions

To allow proper roof coverage, pieces for 7'8" wide greenhouses are 14' wide by the length of the selected model. Pieces for the 9'8" wide greenhouses are 16' wide by the length of the selected model.

Instructions for Use

Shade cloth can be field cut with a sharp pair of scissors to create a "flap" in order to accommodate Rion roof windows. Leading edge of flap should be clipped to the roof window. Shade cloth can also be installed loosely over the roof to allow roof window to open.

Do not purchase a greenhouse with out getting the shade cloth! So necessary. Easy to put up. Worth the money.

Fantastic purchase

We live in Alabama and even though it is winter we were having a serious heat problem in our small Riga greenhouse. One sunny day it reached 115 degrees before noon and burned some of our plants. We ordered this shade and it is amazing how quickly it reduced the maximum heat in the greenhouse. It was our best idea yet!!!
