Important Note: Depending on the environment, Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based materials including any type of PVC pipe, PVC wire or PVC tape, etc. may react with greenhouse polymer films and cause wear. In such cases Chlorine generated from the degradation of PVC and the residual chlorine inside PVC may attack and destroy the Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer in the greenhouse polymer film. This may cause the film to prematurely degrade and will void the warranty. If using with PVC, please use our white felt in between.

Very pleasd

Lasting over 7 years

Bought a 24'x55' piece back in 2016, it tore in two places during the winter of 2024. Living in the Buffalo NY area means heavy snow in the winter, high winds in the autumn/spring, and intense sun in the summer. Just bought the same 6-mil 24'x55' tarp again. It's a very good product and highly recommended for greenhouse owners!

Quality item

The clear 6mil plastic cover is wonderful, very durable since it has been up, has experience winds upward 50mph. And is clear, not cloudy. Very happy with purchase!

Worth every penny!

Bought a 24’ x 55’ piece of this 6 mil covering for my gable-roof (4:12) greenhouse (19’ long, 16.5’ wide, 11’ high) in Kenai, Alaska. It has lasted much longer than I ever anticipated despite 7 years of 40+ mph winds, dumps of snow over a foot deep and temperatures down to -20 to -25 deg F. And it is still going strong!

Overall I'd purchase again

I double poly to inflate. My one greenhouse lasted 4 years, film is clear see through but film does tint milky white over time from the sun. Haven't had a problem with plant growth from it. Other greenhouse was hit with a bad hail storm which the first layer of poly was dented with few puncture holes. I replaced with this same film. Over all I'll continue to purchase this film.

Frederick Deal (Peoria, US)

the roll of plastic i bought was wrapped and packed with care. I really appreciated the quality i received. i will definitely shop here again

Like it

We like the clarity and the fact is has a little stretch so not as easy to tear. Only question left is longevity and only time will tell.

Needs better shipping packaging

The quality of the plastic is perfectly fine, the price is right and the company is great to work with, but they really need to beef up their packaging on the rolls of film, or maybe not use fed ex.

Plastic arrived quickly but had clearly been dragged on its edge along its journey. the outer wrapping on said edge was totally torn though and the plastic film was shredded. since the product was folded the damage was not along the actual edge of the plastic but basically down the middle and was un useable.

greenhouse megastore promptly sent a replacement and again arrived with the packaging on one edge shredded, luckily the damage was not so bad this time and we just really needed to skin the greenhouse, so we used it and had to patch some places with repair tape.

maybe this is more of a poor review for the knuckleheads at fed ex but it could probably be fixed with better shipping packaging. otherwise its great

Second batch was much clearer, which I like

under the same item number, my second batch ordered was much more translucent than the prior I'd used. I hope the clear type is a new formulation that will continue. Otherwise seems the same as the original- great tensile strength, wind resistant, etc.

Legacy Review
Lasted 8yrs in Central TX

It definitely started ripping in spots after about 7yrs, but with greenhouse film repair tape I was able to continue to limp along for a while longer :)
