We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal, company checks, personal checks and money orders. Call Customer Service at 1-888-281-9337. Sorry, no COD's. Note: Before your order is processed, Pay Pal orders take 2 days to clear. Company and personal checks take 7 days to clear.
We will accept Purchase Orders from government agencies and non-profit learning institutions such as Colleges, Universities and local School Districts. The order must be an official Purchase Order issued by the purchasing department. The order may be sent to us by fax, e-mail or regular mail. Payment terms will be Net 30 Days from Date of Invoice.
Payment Terms (International Orders)
For international orders we accept only international money orders or wire transfers.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Domestic orders for delivery within the United States are normally shipped via FedEx ground when possible. The minimum charge for shipping/handling for purchases totaling less than $99.00 is $9.99, unless specified otherwise*. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order entry and added as a separate item for shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Many of our items are too bulky or heavy to ship via small parcel service and must be transported via motor freight carrier trucking. Examples of items shipped via motor freight include but are not limited to commercial greenhouse structures, large fans, heaters and other oversized equipment, polycarbonate panels and any item greater than 8' in length. Items shipping this method are typically marked as "Ships via Motor Freight Carrier" on our website and the shipment must be delivered to a business or residence; PO Box information will be considered invalid. The delivery address must be able to accommodate a tractor/trailer as much as 70' in length and someone must be present to receive and unload truck shipments. Shipments that require a lift gate, inside delivery and/or delivery to locations with limited access may incur additional charges. Please contact Greenhouse Megastore customer service if you have any questions about delivery to your specific address.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii*
Standard ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur partial/additional shipping charges, depending on the order total. If so, we will contact you to confirm these charges before processing your order. Products or promotions advertising free shipping do not apply to delivery addresses in either AK or HI. In these cases, Greenhouse Megastore will provide free shipping to a west coast freight forwarder of your choice; however, additional transportation to either AK or HI is the customer's responsibility. Please contact our customer care team to confirm these charges before placing your order.

On International Shipments please contact us for a freight quotation prior to placing your order.
To offer the lowest possible prices, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery for most items. During peak seasons some items might take longer. Also, some larger items require a longer delivery time. If faster delivery is desired please contact our customer service department. We can arrange expedited delivery via Air Freight for an additional charge.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Title to all goods pass to the buyer upon receipt of shipment by the buyer or buyer's agent. As such, we strongly advise that the buyer carefully inspect all boxes, crates, etc. and notate any damage on the bill of lading before signing for your shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the number of units (boxes, pallets, etc.) indicated on the bill of lading and what is actually received, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.
It is the buyer's responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier if the carrier fails to deliver the goods complete and in good condition. Buyers that refuse a shipment without first contacting Greenhouse Megastore customer service may be subject to additional charges for reshipping the order. We understand that the freight claim process can be confusing so we are more than happy to furnish advice in filing claims upon the buyer's request.
Unless a valid resale certificate is provided, sales tax will be added on all orders shipped to customers in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas, or Washington State. Purchaser is responsible for reporting and paying any use taxes or other taxes imposed in their state.
Greenhouse Megastore is not registered to collect and report Canadian taxes. Therefore, Canadian customers ordering from our company assume responsibility for paying all PST and GST taxes associated with their purchase upon delivery of their order. By purchasing from Greenhouse Megastore, Canadian customers explicitly authorize Greenhouse Megastore to charge the credit card provided with their order to collect any taxes or duty not paid by the customer.
