Palram Twin Shelf Kit

Bought 2 sets of shelves. The shelves work great once installed. BUT there is a BIG PROBLEM! The bolt heads on the bolts supplied DO NOT FIT in the tracks as instructed. They are exactly 10mm too wide. We had to file all of them down to use them, What a pain!!!! This kit is supposed to be made for Palram greenhouse which is what my greenhouse is. You need to send correct size bolt heads.
